King Orange, ViraBots and the Cursor: The Art Behind the Designs

· Style & Merch

Every design in this store comes from my world of stick figures, cursors and desktop battles. Here's what is on each one, so you can find the piece that fits you.

Which designs star the colour crew?

Stick Figures lines up green, red, blue, yellow and orange in a simple row. Squad packs them into one group shot, with The Second Coming in the middle, arms crossed. Assemble bursts out of a teal circle with a giant blue fist and a pencil, and Glass Prison shows four of them breaking out of shattered glass.

What about the cursor?

The cursor is the figures' oldest rival. Flaming Cursor is a pixel-art pointer wrapped in fire, Cursor Crew puts a giant grey arrow among the figures, and Right Click opens a context menu with options like Copy person and Give person money. Its back carries a small Animator vs. Animation IV backer badge.

Is there anything from Animation vs. Minecraft?

Yes. King Orange shows the crowned orange figure from Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts, sitting on a grass block with gold, emerald, diamond and coal blocks floating around him.

Which designs show the villains and battles?

Inside a Virabot is a white blueprint of a ViraBot, labelled from VIRUS CHIP to FANG. Desktop Battle is a full-colour showdown on a blue desktop, and Snow Clash tells a fight across the front and back.

And the quieter ones?

Home Base draws the crew in a white line-art building, Lo-Fi frames a night scene in a computer window, Running and Run Cycle are all about motion, Manga turns a fight into a comic page with my name in red katakana, and Food Fight is a swirl of flying fast food.
